What approaches did you take that, in your estimation, were useful and led to success?

All of Sally and my efforts went towards our daughter’s success. Our aspiration points purchased sleep potion and other potions that gave Emma extra time to devote to building her skills.

What approaches did you take that, in your estimation, might have led to greater success?

In hindsight, we would have been less strict about school attendance. Once she reached an A, missing a day of school now and then would have allowed additional time for the development of skills without hurting her academic success. We would also have encouraged the maximization of more skills, perhaps instead of the breadth that she developed. As an adult aspiration, while geek brain satisfied Emma’s interests, it would perhaps have been wiser to select Bodybuilder, since she could have multi-tasked cooking and fitness through watching tv while running on the treadmill. We minimized the use of multi-tasking, in part because we enjoyed socializing with each other during meals and while reading, and in part because of Emma’s strong focus, which led to a predilection for doing one activity at a time.

On a personal note: thank you for having given our family the opportunity to participate in this project. My words cannot express the transformation it brought to me, my wife, my career, and our lives together. We are eternally humbled by the wonder of the children who participated in this project along with our Emma.
